Fortuna Fatum: York Ghost Week

This Ghost Week, the Fairfax Family are determined to reverse their terrible fortune. Using rituals of the past, help them decipher cryptic clues and glimpse what the future holds. Investigate carefully for a chance to win a bespoke York Ghost Merchant Ghost.

It is Allhallowtide in 1764, and the Honourable Fairfaxes have returned to Castlegate to commence the Winter Season. After last year’s misfortunes, Ann and the Viscount are eager to turn the wheel of fortune in their favour.

To this end, they summon York society to a splendid soirée, to which you too are cordially invited. With fate and good spirits on their side, Ann and the Viscount present a series of devilish puzzles and challenges. For the fortunate, a prize most rare awaits, worthy of admiration and envy.

Will Madame Fortuna smile upon you? Come to Fairfax House this Ghost Week, and partake in the revels—perhaps the prize will be yours!
