Winter concert: Into the Light

Join us for Soon Amore’s winter concert at York Unitarian Chapel (YO1 8NQ) on Sunday 16th February 2025 at 4pm. Helping us look forward to the arrival of spring, our concert will explore the theme “Into the Light” through a diverse and interesting programme of a cappella choral music. We are delighted to be performing 3 brand new pieces no less; two composed by members of the choir and another by York-based composer David Lancaster, whose composition “Cantata” is inspired by the famous late medieval painting, the Wilton Diptych, for which the choir will be accompanied by 3 trumpeters and a harpist. A combination not to be missed! Tickets: £10 (concessions £7) on the door (cash only please). We look forward to seeing you and thank you for your support.
