EMPOWER is a safe space for women of all ages and walks of life; who want to fall back in love with themselves, their bodies and minds.

There are two strands of EMPOWER;

Private Programme – Monthly group sessions working on all areas of life that EMPOWER is there for; Confidence, Self-Belief, Independence and so many more, in a more intimate and private setting.

Open Events – One off pop-up events with no commitment in and around York for everyone to try out an EMPOWER event and discover something they may not have known.

Within the Open Events it will be a 90 minute session, including;

– 30 minutes of Movement Led by Hannah Kay or another Fitness Professional

– Guided Meditation

– Breathwork Exercises

– Guided Journaling

– Mindset Exercises

– IF Supplements Protein Shake (made with oat milk; please get in touch if you’d prefer it with water)

And so much more…

You will need to bring:

– Water

– Wear comfortable clothing to move in (& Layers for afterwards)

– Notepad & Pen
