Melton’s is a fine dining restaurant serving modern British food and it was Michael’s position as Chef Proprietor, which made it one of York’s leading restaurants. The kitchen is lead by Head Chef Calvin Miller, who has worked with Michael for over 10 years.
Nestled between York Minster and Monk Bar "Little Italy" was established by owners Andrea & Mandy Gaias in January 1992, and as a result of endless dedication have built up an enviable reputation as one of York's finest Italian restaurants offering gourmet cuisine to satisfy the most discerning tastes. Andrea has 30 years of catering experience and his passion for good food is reflected in his restaurant menu, he also hosts regular cookery demonstration evenings.
Rustique was established in 2004 in the former Francois Restaurant Bistro on Castlegate in York. It specialises in rustic French cooking in a busy, vibrant upbeat Bistro atmosphere, offering a large and varied selection of meat and fish dishes cooked traditionally, using local products. A wide range of French and New World wines have been carefully selected to complement your food. The long awaited new Rustique in York is now open, located on Lendal in the former York Antique Centre.
